Do visitors need a special permit to drive in Singapore?
Visitors holding a valid driving licence from their home country may drive in Singapore. If your licence is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required alongside it. We can advise you on the specifics when you enquire.
Is insurance included in all hires?
Yes. Comprehensive insurance cover is included across all our hire services — the Golden Hour Drive, Weekly Touring Hire, and Heritage Procession Service. No supplemental purchase is required unless you wish to discuss additional coverage.
What vehicle types are available for the Weekly Touring Hire?
You may choose from a curated selection of sedans, SUVs, and open-top vehicles. Each is delivered clean, inspected, and fully documented. The specific models available at the time of your booking will be discussed during our consultation.
How far in advance should I book the Heritage Procession Service?
We recommend reaching out at least three to four weeks before the occasion. Ceremonial hires involve detailed consultation on customs, vehicle sequencing, and culturally specific arrangements, so lead time genuinely helps us do this properly.
Can a photographer join the Golden Hour Drive?
Yes. A photographer can be added to the Golden Hour Drive at an additional arrangement. Please mention this when you enquire and we will discuss availability and the specifics with you.
Where does delivery and collection take place?
We arrange delivery and collection at your hotel, private residence, or office — whichever suits you. This applies to the Weekly Touring Hire and, where needed, to vehicles for the Heritage Procession Service.
What happens if my plans change during the hire period?
We understand that plans shift. Please contact our support line as early as possible — our team will work with you to accommodate changes wherever the booking allows. Specific adjustment policies depend on the service type and are discussed at booking.
