Started with one clear thought.

solstiques began in 2019 with a straightforward observation: most car hire services in Singapore treated every booking the same way. A tourist arriving for three days was handed the same experience as a family organising a wedding procession.

We wanted to offer something different โ€” three carefully constructed services, each built around a specific kind of occasion, with the care and preparation that each one deserves.

Our team grew from a background in hospitality and fleet operations, and the two disciplines have stayed closely linked in how we work. A vehicle is, in many ways, a continuation of the welcome a person receives โ€” it should match the occasion, the timing, and the mood of the day.

Based at Asia Square in Marina Bay, we have worked with residents, long-stay visitors, families marking important moments, and travellers who simply want more flexibility than a taxi affords. We remain a small, attentive operation by design.

How we maintain what we promise.

Each service we offer is governed by a set of internal standards that shape how vehicles are prepared, how drivers are briefed, and how client enquiries are handled.

Vehicle Inspection Protocol

Every vehicle is inspected before and after each hire โ€” interior condition, mechanical status, fuel level, tyre pressure, documentation currency.

LTA Compliance

All vehicle operations are conducted in accordance with the Land Transport Authority regulations applicable in Singapore.

Driver Briefing Standards

For chauffeured and ceremonial services, drivers receive a written brief covering the route, client preferences, timing, and cultural protocols where applicable.

Client Data Protection

Client personal information is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and is never shared with third parties without consent.

Active Booking Support

A direct support line is available around the clock for all active hires. Our team responds to calls and messages from clients currently on a booking.

Post-Hire Review

Every completed hire is reviewed internally. Client feedback, driver performance, and vehicle condition are assessed before the next booking is fulfilled.

Singapore's roads and culture present a particular set of considerations for anyone arranging vehicle hire โ€” from the mix of cultural communities and their ceremonial needs, to the specific licensing requirements for visitors, to the practical realities of navigating Marina Bay, Orchard, and the expressways at different times of day.

solstiques draws on direct, practical knowledge of how the city works. Our team has arranged hires for long-stay professionals, families returning for weddings, international visitors attending corporate events, and residents wanting a more personal way to spend an evening.

Our three service offerings reflect the situations we see most often โ€” and the places where a standard rental or taxi arrangement falls short. The Golden Hour Drive answers a different need than the Weekly Touring Hire. The Heritage Procession Service requires a kind of preparation that neither of the other two calls for.

We stay close to a small number of clients per week deliberately. It allows us to give each booking the time it deserves and to maintain the kind of quality that a larger volume would compromise.
